Bio: Emily is an environmental consultant with 20 years of experience specialising in marine ecology and biosecurity, providing strategic nature-based services across the power, renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, industry, oil & gas, and built environment sectors. She has contributed to high-profile projects nationally and globally, including large-scale infrastructure developments and offshore wind farms. Emily’s recent achievements include ecological assessment, compliance and sustainable advisory for New Zealand infrastructure projects (TREC, iReX, Waitematā Harbour Connections, LPC’s Stage 2 reclamation), and securing approvals for offshore wind farms in Australia and eco-tourism ventures in the Middle East for Red Sea Global. She has a strong background in ecological field studies, environmental impact assessment, compliance, and sustainable management. She has worked on projects based in Australasia, Canada, Ghana, India, Indonesia, the Middle East, Maldives, and Solomon Islands among others. Emily has an MSc with Distinction in Marine Science and a PGDip in Planning.
