Bio: Reuben is a coastal planner, coastal manager and a Principal of Tonkin + Taylor. He has qualifications in environmental science and environmental planning, as well as a nautical qualification. Reuben has significant experience in strategic coastal hazard management. Reuben regularly provides the full ambit of coastal planning and management services to his clients working at the coastal edge including: options reports; consent acquisition; policy and strategy development and review; environmental monitoring programmes, adaptive management plans; expert evidence; and leading public engagement processes.
