Bio: I am a third-year undergraduate student from the USA studying geology and education! I am here in New Zealand for a study abroad semester at the University of Canterbury, but I intend on returning to New Zealand in pursuit of permanent residency after I graduate in May 2026! I have interned with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on and off for multiple different projects since 2021 and look forward to working with He'eia NERR this year on a biocultural restoration and education project as a NOAA Hollings Scholar.
