Bio: I am a Disaster Risk Management expert with a focus on international development projects. I have worked with different environmental sustainability matters for over 10 years, in both governmental, private and academic sectors. I have Master of Science in Geography and Master of Disaster Management degrees, and I am currently carrying out my PhD studies at the University of Auckland, with a focus on how to use better local knowledge in coastal engineering projects in the Cook Islands.
