Bio: Amy is managing director of EIS and a coastal planner by trade. Her primary area of interest is coastal adaptation and hazard management. Amy has previously worked at Waikato Regional Council in coastal resource management, including managing the Regional Consents team, and at the Department of Conservation as RMA Manager. She is a previous Chair of NZCS and works as an RMA Hearing Commissioner. She has a Masters degree in physical coastal science from University of Waikato and joined NZCS as a student member in 2001.
