Bio: Andrew is a Planning Manager with CKL in their Hamilton office. Andrew has 12 years experience in resource consents, assessment of environmental effects, as well as preparing submissions on new policy documents and attending mediation, hearings and providing expert evidence. Andrew holds a Master of Science (Hons) degree in coastal science from the University of Waikato and has experience in coastal projects ranging from jetty's to seawalls to reclamation.
