Bio: My name is Daniel Ahern and I have been working as an ecology consultant for the last eight years, specialising in coastal marine ecology. The majority of my work involves the preparation of AEEs to support resource consent applications, and compliance monitoring for existing resource consents. This work has come through Port development and compliance monitoring, marina expansions, construction of marine precincts, roading projects, and wastewater treatment plant compliance and reconsenting.
