Bio: John is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer, a Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand and an International Professional Engineer. With 20 years civil engineering and project management expertise, John has hands-on experience in a broad range of land development projects throughout Northland and the Bay of Islands. Whilst John’s practice area is primarily land development engineering, he also has broad experience in coastal hazard assessments, reclamations, jetties and associated maritime work. John was the project manager for Marsden Cove marina and for a range of jetty and coastal engineering projects throughout Northland and beyond. John has also acted as an expert witness in resource consent hearings for boat yards, reclamations, marinas and associated shore side land development works.
